You will recieve over 150 MP3's divided into each of the modules and each module is in the numbered sequence in which it was presented from the opening meditation to the closing question and answer period!
You will receive these MP3 recordings on a 8GB Flash drive.
**Please note that the majority of these recordings are not labeled. The file extension has a number and the numbering is the precise sequence in which the information unfolded in each training module.
